ecos shader for Canvas

big update:

• add new stylize effects which includes outline with corner highlights, warm boost, and noise
• add antialiasing
• add hand size adjustment (known issue: detached fishing line)
• add more metallic blocks such as anvil, hopper, cauldron, and lightning rod
• add metallic effect to armors. toggleable to mitigate confusion with enchantment glint
• misc. tweaks (redder sunlight on sunset, smoother and more accurate held light color, uniform shading in dimensions without sky, redder hurt effect)

• add shadow quality option
• tweak block light to make redstone torch light more visible
• fix potentially critical pipeline compilation bug

• updated water
• experimental sky bloom
• misc. lighting tweaks (remove fake directional light except on GUI, stronger block light, block light eye adaption, readjust bloom levels, fake reflection on amethyst, etc.)
