Literally just refactored and restyled a bunch of shaders

More or less of a changelog:

• Changed shader styling to my own (spaces, else blocks on a new line, etc);
• Tweaked defaults to be more like the original filter;
• Remove DistantHorizons support because it didn't work in the first place;
• I FIGURED OUT THE FOG

Literally just ported stuff on top of a base shader
