BVSF

1. Extra cycles and passes have been removed
2. Pow functions have been replaced for faster computation
3. Texture bit depth has been reduced

The difference will NOT be noticeable on powerful PCs, but on weaker PCs it may increase the FPS by +3-5 frames. On my Lenovo V570 laptop, the increase was exactly that much compared to the previous version.
