🛠️ Fixed equipment effects not working on Minecraft 1.12.x Compatibility restored for older game versions.

⏱️ Added specialized cooldown messages for actions
Includes support for customized cooldown message, and specified cooldown message locations (chat or action bar). -
🔧 Fixed duplicate durability messages for the "display uses" action feature Durability info now shows correctly without duplicates.
