🆕 ItemTag Update – Equipment Fixes & Improved Cooldown Messages

• 🛠️ Fixed equipment effects not working on Minecraft 1.12.x Compatibility restored for older game versions.

• ⏱️ Added specialized cooldown messages for actions
  Includes support for customized cooldown message, and specified cooldown message locations (chat or action bar).

• 🔧 Fixed duplicate durability messages for the "display uses" action feature Durability info now shows correctly without duplicates.

• ❌ Removed lt locale (no longer supported)

Requires:

• ItemEdit v 3.7.2 or newer

• /it wearpermission, allows you to set a required permission to wear the item
• /it usepermission, allows you to set a required permission to use the item (right click)
