Desolate Planet - A Crash Landing Remake

This update includes many bug fixes, including (hopefully) fixing the sync shell issues on servers this time. It also simplifies the world creation process by automatically inserting the correct seed upon launch.

Misc Changes:

• Added the Forced Seed mod, meaning players will no longer need to re-create the world
• Shell Constructors and Shell Storage can now be broken without silk touch
• Updated quest book cover
• The quest book now stays in your Corpse upon death
• Disabled spawn protection for servers
• Forced slimes to obey light limits for spawning, even in slime chunks
• Kamas now shear leaves again without the silky modifier
• Cleaned up a few hundred inactive files
• Reworked structure removals to use tags
• Tooltip clarity tweaks

Mod Changes:

• Updated Sync, which hopefully fixes getting stuck in a sync shell on the server-side

Recipe Changes:

• Increased redstone drop chance from sieving
• Decreased salt drop chance from dust sieving
• Added alternate recipe for the quest book
• Made the lucky and silky modifiers cheaper
• Fixed sawdust drops from hammer not working
• Super glue can now be crafted with paste
• Removed some alternate seared brick recipes that allowed for brick duplication
• Removed direct mesh recipes, they now must be upgraded from the previous tier
• Replaced all instances of Mekanism’s polonium and plutonium pellets with Uranium and Blutonium ingots
• Changed castle netting recipe that had the same recipe as string mesh
• Increased spider eye drop chance

Quest Changes:

• Oil refining quest no longer require conduit quest to be complete
• Decreased spider eye cost of Night Shift quest
