Fixed some issues with groundcover generation cutting off half plants Fixed some incorrect world gen Backported the following:

• Pink lotus, lotus ponds
• Wildflowers

• Beached kelp
• Glowing blue fungus + sporadic silence potion
• Hot springs
• Gravel pits, gold pits
• Muddy bones
• Slime nodules
• Plains bushes

• Add support for Applied Energistics 2 Growth Accelerator (PR, credits to Hydraux)

• Backport ruined nether portal changes from 1.21
• Fixed cindercane not growing
• Fixed twigs, seashells, and pinecones not generating
• Made cindercane grow a bit faster

Backports from the 1.21 version:

• groundcover_cannot_generate_on tag and groundcover generation improvements (e.g. try to not place twigs in villager houses)
• harvests_mossy_hollow_logs tag + mossy hollow log improvements to moss placement and harvesting
• The other 1.21 features will be backported in a future update
