Configuration
- Updated to newest Forge version and switched to the new Forge configuration system
Gameplay and mechanics
- Corrected the fission reactor so it no longer removes blocks that are not water around the reactor resolving issue 156
- Resolved follow up issue 183 also affected by bug for the earlier fission reactor change
- Adjusted melted reactor behavior so meltdown targets blocks within a spherical area around the core
Technical
- Added sources to the Maven build and configured a local Maven repository for development
- Updated ignore rules for the repository
- Updated project license information
