New Features:

• Added config option for blocking usage of the off-hand-swap keybind

Fixes:

• Fixed slots not highlighting when they should
• Fixed still being able to put items into the shield slot
  • If you have an item in the slot already, you will still be able to take it out.

• Fixed the config toggle not taking effect until restart
