More Bows: Restrung!

This release adds a Simplified Chinese translation, thanks to panda-lsy! It also happens to add compatibility with LexForge 1.20.2 by removing some unnecessary networking code.

If you want to use this release, simply download the file named "MoreBows-1.0.13+1.20.x.forge.jar" and add it to your mods folder.

This release fixes an issue which could cause a crash when registering item properties.
