Fix decoder issue and chant crash caused by configs, should fix crucible not starting crafting in classic mode, added "devotion tryfix" to force the unlocks if something goes wrong and stages are skipped

Various bugfixes

Added hanging signs for the wood variants. Adjusted catacombs room generation. Added giant skeletons to catacomb spawns and a new ritual to locate catacombs, also boosted the % for their bone drops. Signs combinations are now datapackable, other hooks for addons to edit spells and codex entries. Fix again the issues with thralls not targeting the right entities
