Fixes neoforge crash

For the sake of not having to update the mod in the future (and my sanity), I've switched this mod to rely on Lithostitched to implement the biome/worldgen modifier for both Fabric and NeoForge; as a result, this mod is supported for any version of Minecraft that Lithostitched is available.

Update metadata to datapack version 41

Updates the mod to use Fabric biome modifiers, allowing it to work on Fabric, Forge, and Quilt.

On Forge, the 1.0.1 Forge datapack has identical behavior, so you can use either. On Fabric or Quilt, a datapack version is not possible to make.

This Fabric version instead adds fossils only to the Deep Dark.

Due to Fabric's lack of data-driven biome modifiers, this was done by editing the fossils into the biome files directly.
