Visual Vibrance
An attempt at recreating the new 'Vibrant Visuals' for Iris.

- Light blocks now emit light with coloured lighting enabled
- Increased saturation
- Reduced intensity of generated water normals
- Added integrated PBR to metals and changed default f0 and roughness values
