A very Vanilla high performance shader with live Texture Upscaling/Filtering and optional shadows. Configurable subtly enhanced vanilla feel.

Minecraft 1.12.2 support, the only thing missing in 1.12.2 is upscaling on mobs, it works on terrain.
added 'Potato Shadows' preset to try to do the fastest shadows I can for low end PCs, will try to do even faster later
bug fixes, including SSS out of shadow map range that was messed up and when shadows off was messed up
