A vanilla-like shader that improves minecraft's style without replacing it

- Added glowing ores (configurable)
- Added nether clouds (configurable)
- Overhauled water surface rendering again
- Reworked some shader options menus
- Settings changes:
- Replaced 'Sunrays Min Surface' and 'Sunrays Min Underground' with 'Sunrays Underground Mult'
- Removed rain reflection settings (currently unused)
- Removed 'Use Simple Lighting' setting
- Improved sunrays and ambient occlusion
- Fixed and improved blocklight flickering
