Extremely Simple Camera Effects
A extremely simple shader that adds extremely simple camera effects, while still playable in normal gameplay.

- Fixed spelling error in Black and White
- Added flickering
- Added vignette
- Scan Lines now have an option to change the count of scan lines.
- Added back vanilla sky, thanks to Bestsoft100's Base Shader.
This is a big update, so the shader might have bugs. I still haven't found a good forum site except for Minecraft Forums, and I don't want to use it.
