Updated the resource pack format to 42

Added:

  • Changed fabulous! in the options menu to be bitmap
  • Changed the descriptions for the fabulous! graphics to be about bitmap

Updated to work with new Minecraft versions:

  • Notch post-processing effect json and fragment shader
  • Transparency post-processing effect configuration
  • Directory names and file locations
