Stellar Tweaks
Ever wanted Minecraft to have a bit more pizzazz? No? What about better tools? Being fully configurable (With respackopts)? Better creepers? ... Better dirt? Cows? Chickens? Fireworks? ...Wheat? No? Okay fine, how about cool axolotls?

- Switched from CEM to ETF and EMF
- Slightly changed cow model and texture (fixed the ear z-fighting that now seems to be occurring, oops)
- Changed a couple pixels on 'tall_grass_top5'
- Added a splash about how you should respect Native American land cough Mount Rushmore is abhorrent cough
- Lowered how high the arrow was in the left hand (Now matches the right, oops)
- Slightly changed arrow sprite
- Changed empty armor texture sprites, again
- Hammer on anvil GUI isn’t as terrible
- Fixed how you eat the leaves bowls and etc. on food
- Fixed carrot position in left hand.
- Slightly changed the farmland side
- Added a splash about udders
- Redid all tool textures, again
- Changed color of tool handles
- Changed stick texture
- Retextured bowls, soups, stews, bow arrow, arrow, crossbow arrow, fishing rod, and thing-on-a-sticks to match new stick color
- Did our best to change the position of the fishing rod to not suck, but the position of the line is hardcoded and cannot be changed (Mojang, why!)
- Animated redstone torch
- Made sunflowers not look like coins
- Fixed the dripleaf. Yeah, you know what was wrong with it, don’t you?
- Completely remade the spyglass_scope.png to be much cleaner and less clunky like the previous release.
- Changed stick color on hammer in Anvil GUI
- Fixed the colors of the bow, arrow, and knife thing on the fletching table
- Fixed color of arrow sticks in quiver
- Changed dragon egg model and texture
- Fixed Blaze underside
- Completely redid Crossbow model to make it look better when enchanted
- Sheared sheep now retain their color (ETF)
- Added variations to glow berry vines
- Changed beacon_glass texture (So break particles look better)
- Changed strength and weakness mob_effect pngs to match new iron sword texture
- Made bad_omen mob_effect match new tool wood color
- Changed dirt in potted Crimson and Warped fungus and roots to netherrack (Stellar 3D will override)
- Centered all shovels and pickaxes
