Updated for Minecraft 1.21.5+ Changes & Fixes
- Updated pack_format to 55 to ensure compatibility with Minecraft 1.21.5+
- Removed corrupted sugar_cane.png and item/sugar_cane.png to fix loading errors
- pack.mcmeta cleaned up and updated with accurate metadata and versioning
