This build fixes a few bugs and adds several features

What's Changed

• Pet renaming now works properly, and should be more resilient in the future.
• Reloading PlaceholderAPI no longer breaks UC placeholders (thanks SyphiX897 on GitHub!)
• You can now create custom suits in custom_cosmetics.yml. Each custom suit must have all four pieces, but you can use armor, player skulls, blocks, etc.
• Collision with pets can now be disabled in the config
• The speed adjustment setting for the molten snake and slime snake mounts now works properly
• Pets can now be prevented from entering vehicles (e.g. boats) by an option in the config
• Money amounts can now be formatted with a thousands separator specified in the config
• Players can now be prevented from running commands while opening chests based on a config option
• Lore of items in UC's menus now support PlaceholderAPI, including the custom main menu
