Plugin Changes

• The bossbar duration format messages have been moved to duration.
• Slightly optimized scheduled competitions.
• The competition timer now runs exactly every second.
• Added /emf admin competition extend [duration] to extend the active competition.
• Days are now supported in the competition bossbar.

Internal Changes

• Rewritten time codes for the competition schedule.
• FishUtils#getPotionEffect is now used for effects instead of manually parsing the effect each time.
