Bedrock Armorstands
Simply makes armorstands have arms by default like in bedrock edition!

Recoded plugin and removed unnessessary features to make the plugin lightweight as intended originally.
- Removed all GUIs and Menus.
- Removed config as there was only one unnessessary option. It is all done in-game with commands now.
- Added support for Folia and Purpur
- Updated to support all 1.21.x -> 1.20.1+ versions. (Older versions than this are no longer supported as a consequence)
