Tinkerer's Quilt

Changes:

• Change slab combining recipe orientation (will have to change again in 1.20 for bamboo thingies)
• Fixed a few quest task names
• Fix a couple of quest typos
• Make anvil quest depend on iron, not diamonds (quests and treasure give enchantments, so)
• Fix rails not connecting to eachother
• Add deepslate to the mason's blessing rewards
• Move common tags to c namespace
• Add mangrove fences and gates to relevant quests
