-parity between all modpack versions
-fixed GUI scale 3
-made some menus force to GUI scale 2
-fixed mods button in pause menu
-fixed inconsistencies between pause, main and options menu logo
-no ui elements should be offscreen except the logo in certain situations
-moved language and chat settings menus to the accesibility menu
