YUNG's Better Strongholds

• Added new config option for specifying the chance that each End Portal Frame block will spawn already filled with an Eye of Ender.
• Fixed Modded blocks & items not working with the extra JSON config files on Fabric.
• Fixed some processors attaching unnecessary NBT data to blocks. Should help fix some rare crashes in cases where structures overlapped.
