• add: stackable Shulkers + Tweaks Data Sync (Syncs Shulker stack size config to Tweakeroo for seamless client display)
• add: Data Logger system to HudDataProvider; with two initial loggers for the Server TPS and Mob Caps Info Lines.

NOTE: This requires a HudDataSync Protocol V2 update and not compatible with older versions of MiniHUD, but they should still be able to receive Weather Info, etc.
