- Added Global Server blacklist within config
Fixes:
- Add more failsafe to prevent the Mouse from being blocked forever
- Prevent FadeScreen replacement when not fading
- Fix Debug Screen crash when closing the world
- Fix issue involved with Tint Value not saving within the config
