NEW FEATURES:
-Added support for Glacial zombies/skeletons to spawn in Forge_is_cold modded biomes
-Added support for Miner zombies/skeletons to spawn in forge_is_cave modded biomes (If alex's cave is present, they will only spawn in cave biomes)
-Added support for Swamp zombies/skeletons to spawn in forge_is_swamp modded biomes
BUG FIXES:
-Fixed a bug where monsters could spawn at light levels above 0
-Fixed a bug where the sunken and swamp zombie would make a loud extinguishing noise when it rained
RETEXTURES / MODEL CHANGES:

TECHNICAL CHANGES:
-None this time, stay tuned!
KNOWN/UNFIXED BUGS:
-The sunken and Swamp skeleton are not ranged, this isn't really a bug, but it will be fixed soon
-Looting does not work on these custom variants
-There are no baby zombie variants of the variant zombies
