No longer based on the DoAPI

Sandlayer Blocks can now fall.

Summary

Now no longer reliant on DoAPI. Snow on Fir Trees wont melt anymore in cold biomes. Ebony & Baobab Leaves won’t decay anymore. Orange leaves now have all proper tags.
