Immersive Hotbar
Adds animations to the hotbar to make it more immersive

- Introduces a new
tooltipYOffsetEnabledoption (defaulted tooff) to control whether the tooltip Y offset is applied. (fixes #15) - Updates the tooltip rendering logic to respect this toggle.
- bump mod version to 1.0.4.
- updated dependencies for 1.21.6 to latest compatible versions.
