Immersive Hotbar
Adds animations to the hotbar to make it more immersive

Fix durability animations, offhand animations, item use animations, and block placing animations
fix the jar name not matching the mod name
add a toggle for durability animations
fixed a bug with the animated tooltip stopping animations if scrolling too fast
