• Added spectral_vision_unaffected entity tag for entities not highlighted by the Spectral Eye Amulet

• Magic Wand can now be used to shoot an Aureal projectile
• Added a new use animation for the Magic Wand
• Added a wand charge indicator to the crosshair when charging a spell 
• The player aureal bar now shows when holding a Magic Wand
• Added Mortar block, it has no use for now
