Uses the attack indicator for more than just melee attacks

- Updated to 1.21.6 through 1.21.10
- When looking at an entity with a (non-disabled) weapon that's not on cooldown, it'll now show the "ready" attack indicator, just like in vanilla
- Changed default setting for
Disable Axe's Attack Cooldowntofalse - Added es_ar (Thanks Texaliuz!)
