DHWhiteFoliageFix
A simple mod that fixes the issue with white foliage occurring when using Distant Horizons in conjunction with mods such as Polytone and reconnecting to a server.

Initially created for fixing compatibility with polytone, this should also work with any mods that function similarly to polytone as well.
