NEW: Use vanilla crosshair by default instead of the custom crosshair

NEW: "Centered" option for crosshairs (in Vanilla MC, crosshairs are not centered)

FIX: Fix crosshair being uncentered (to both vanilla MC and the actual center)

FIX: Fix needing "Pad to Even Size" for consistent crosshairs, by fixing scaling
