Create: Northstar
Inspired by Micdoodle's Galacticraft, Northstar seeks to return players to the stars with the power of Create and Geckolib.

-Fixed weird audio bug with Rocket's whooshing sound when landing
-Fixed crash when using Telescope on 1.20.1
-You can now no longer view the moon, while on the moon ( sorry :[)
-Added error message for when Rocket is too large
-Using creative fuel tanks in rockets now gives them unlimited fuel
