Cobbreeding

Updated for Cobblemon 1.7, will not work with Cobblemon 1.6

Because Cobbreeding uses Cobblemon's egg related events, the egg collection and hatching stats added by Cobblemon are counted correctly. Egg collection is only counted if you pick the eggs up by hand on the pasture block, not through a hopper.

Additions

• Ability to decrypt existing eggs, if encryption was disabled in the meantime on the server, by using the “use item” action (by default: right mouse button)
• COLLECT_EGG event now emitted when an egg is picked up by hand, from a pasture block (the parents supplied to the event are fake however, if you're working on add-ons)
