Quick renaming of CIT and CMD items from resource packs in anvil and chat!

- new resourcepack item name parser ( V2 )
- now CIT-Menu height depends on screen height
More options in Mod Menu:
- Added new category GUI
- Added setting the item button height in the list (GUI)
- Resourcepack item name parser version selection (V1, V2) (Better Anvil)
- Selection of new item button texture (by Cikoryi) (GUI)
Fixed:
- Fixed a bug due to which the CIT-menu did not fit on the screen with GUI Scale 3-4
