A mod that backports new music discs from the latest Minecraft versions.

- Made Item name colors actually match Vanilla
- Use proper ways to drop Tears and Chicken Lava discs now, no more creeper drops.
- Remove Tears and Lava Chicken's Creeper drops since they only obtained by a special case in Vanilla
- Add ItsBlackgear to the contributors
- Bump version to 2.0
- Update README.md
