Pokémon Fishing
A Cobblemon Addon that overhauls fishing. Allows you to fish up Pokémon varying in rarity and adds a ton of Pokémon items to the loot pool!

Changes:
- There's now a 1/8192 chance to reel in a Shiny variant of any fishable Pokémon.
- Added 12 Pokémon: Dhelmise, Squirtle, Mudkip, Piplup, Oshawott, Froakie, Popplio, Sobble, Lotand, Lombre, Psyduck, and Golduck.
- Removed Kingdra. As a rule, any Pokémon evolved using some sort of evolutionary stone will not be implemented.
- Pokémon now face towards the player when being reeled in.
- The Pokémon weight has changed from 25 -> 40 (more common to reel in).
Fixes:
- Gyarados and Staryu can now be reeled in properly.
- With the now included assets, the Barrier placeholder item should no longer be visible when first catching a Pokémon.
