Myths and Legends Datapack
This is a Datapack which is needed for the Myths and Legends addon going forward from versions higher than 1.3 in order to add spawns that use the key items as a spawning condition

Changes
- Removed all #minecraft biome tags except for rayquaza.json. Changed #minecraft to #cobblemon.
- Silver Wing and Rainbow Feather are now used to summon Lugia and Ho-oh. Each of the two key items can now be used: Tidal Bell and Silver Wing for Lugia, and Clear Bell and Rainbow Feather for Ho-oh.
