Liberty Garden [Cobblemon]

So after playing Cobblemon for about a year and using multiple addons I noticed one thing - there is no available model that quite satisfied my expectations for my favorite Pokémon - Victini! With help from RedRibbon, Coolrex & Aris - who made this cutie & its animations - this addon aims to finally change that!

Sleeping & faint animations
Unique standing & battle animations
Little quirks like blinking or cute tail wiggling
Battle animations for his physical and special attacks
Unique animation & particles for his signature move V-Create
Sometimes randomly strikes a very victorious pose
Sometimes randomly jumpes for joy
Unique cries & sounds

A custom Island/Structure based on the Liberty Garden Island
(actually donated it to Legendary Monuments so fairly unlikely lol)
Some custom skins/outfits for the new cosmetics system
Anything you guys suggest (that would make sense)

Victini is an Ultra-Rare spawn in all Savanna, Volcanic and Island biomes
Here's a list of what each category of biomes includes
Greatly reduced odds while it's raining or thundering
Higher chance of spawning in the morning
