Dynamic Lights
Adds dynamic lights for players, items, mobs, etc. [formerly known as dynamic torches]

- New lighting engine!
- no more flashing
- lighting is now much more smooth
- if the entity is completely embedded inside another block, surrounding blocks are now checked and light block is placed there
- Pack icon changed to match the new project icon
