Changes BlazeandCave's Advancements Pack to be compatible with Hardcore mode

- Updated for Minecraft 1.21.9 use.
- Update the icon of “Et tu, brute?” from having id “chain” to “iron_chain”.
- Added msg files for all the advancements with changed descriptions so that when you get those advancements and mouse over their name in chat, they’ll have the hardcore-accurate description.
